The Michelin Guide for 2025 has just been released, and that means that there are a whole host of new restaurants in Spain that have been awarded Michelin stars. To be awarded a Michelin star, a restaurant must use quality ingredients, demonstrate mastery of cooking techniques, and the quality of the food and service should be consistent.
