A beautiful duplex apartment is in the very popular resort of La Reserva de Marbella. The front terrace of the property over looks the two lovely outdoor pools and poolside cocktail bar, and the rear upstairs terrace looks towards the sea. Local shops are only a few minutes away and the resort has its own bar and restaurant, gym, indoor heated pool, and a children's area. This apartment has a lovely double master bedroom on the ground floor which has an en-suite shower room and outside terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom on the first floor also has a smaller double bed (135cm) and there is a second shower room adjacent. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The lounge has seating for 4, a coffee table, TV and a dining table and four chairs. For the occasional stay of up to 6 people this apartment the sofa can become a double bed. The apartment is however only really suited for 4 guests at a time. The master bedroom has its own terrace on the ground floor, the lounge opens onto a sun filled terrace with outdoor dining furniture and also two sun beds. There is a further gated terrace at the front of the property overlooking the pools and bar. All towels and linen are provided for your stay.
