Rural boutique hotel with 7 bedrooms, swimming pool and garden, located just a 15-minute drive from the coast. This small-scale hotel was built in 1999 and has seven spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have balcony doors which provide every room with natural light. The building has two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom that are accessible for wheelchair users. On this floor there is also a spacious reception hall with a guest toilet, a dining room and an industrial kitchen with all necessary appliances. From the reception area you can walk to the rear of the hotel where a staircase and gallery take you to the other five bedrooms on the first floor. Four rooms have a balcony, the fifth has a spacious terrace at the front of the hotel. At the entrance of the parking lot there is a separate building called "la capilla" that serves as a workshop for the time being. At the front of the hotel there is an immense terrace followed by a star-form-raised stage. Music or concerts were played here during the balmy summer evenings. From the dining room, large windows lead you to a shaded terrace by the pool. This swimming pool measures 12 x 6 meters and is heated by solar energy. Near the terrace and swimming pool, toilets and an extra storage space were provided. The swimming pool is surrounded by an immense sun terrace and further down a lawn / grass area. The setting of the hotel is 100% rural and you look out over the hillside. Yet you are within fifteen minutes’ drive to the beach of Rincon de La Victoria and less than 25 minutes in the center of Malaga. The owners closed the hotel at the end of 2011 due to their retirement age, but they continued to live on site. As a result, everything was well maintained and it is ready to go even today. Before the opening, the owners provided all the necessary licenses and permits that are still in force. This property is sold fully furnished, including all kitchen appliances. The water supply is via a registered well with storage of 170,000 liters.
